Open Intelligence joins the Florida Municipal Electric Association in supporting the Florida public power community

Open Intelligence is proud to announce that it will be participating in the Florida Municipal Electric Association’s (FMEA) annual conference to share its experience supporting the customer service and billing processes of utility and telecommunication companies, with more than 40 million subscribers around the world.

This three-day event will be held from July 20th-22nd, 2021 in Naples, FL. Throughout the conference, representatives from the electric utility industry will come together to create an informative, networking space, discussing topics such as key trends in the market.

About joining the event, Hernando Parrott, North American President of Open Intelligence, said, “We are thrilled to be able to participate and sponsor FMEA’s conference this year. As a company with headquarters in Miami ourselves, we’re excited to learn about utilities within our own community and discuss how we can support them in overcoming their main challenges”.

Open Intelligence made its way into the North American market back in 2018 with their holistic CIS solution, Smartflex. Today, they manage the customer service and billing processes of utilities in 19 countries and have recently gained two new clients in the United States. Their presence and growth in the industry demonstrate their dedication to continue expanding to digitally transform utilities globally.
