Open Intelligence and Cityworks come together to transform utilities’ customer experience

Open Intelligence is excited to share that they are collaborating with Cityworks in their project with Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD). Earlier this year, Oregon’s second-largest water utility began operations with its new cloud-based solution, Smartflex. This state-of-the-art software was implemented to improve billing processes and support a digital, multi-channel customer experience. As part of this transformation process, Smartflex has integrated with Cityworks to deliver a world-class experience to the community.

CityWorks, a Trimble Company, is a GIS-centric solution focused on providing technology that helps organizations maintain smart, safe, and resilient communities. With an array of solutions, Cityworks’ focus is to help organizations streamline their public asset management and community development workflows. At TVWD, they were able to do just that. Cityworks provided the necessary innovative dashboards, work orders, mobile applications, and more, to improve their operations.
