Earlier this year, Oregon’s second-largest water utility began operations with its new cloud-based solution, Smartflex. This state-of-the-art software was implemented to improve billing processes and support a digital, multi-channel customer experience. As part of this transformation process, Smartflex has integrated with Cityworks to deliver a world-class experience to the community.
