Open is now a member of TMG’s Digital Utility Collaborative

Open Intelligence is pleased to announce that it is now a member of TMG’s Digital Utility Transformation & Innovation Collaborative through 2021. Along with an association of utilities and digital solution providers from across the globe, Open will participate in a variety of events, webinars, and forums, surrounding the top digital trends that the utilities industry will face in the short to long term.

TMG, a utility advisory and professional services firm, has announced that they will launch their Digital Utility Transformation & Innovation Collaborative which provides its members access to the latest research on leading technologies and solutions that are shaping the landscape of utility digital innovation. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges that come with it, TMG will be rolling out virtual venues for interaction and sharing of implementation experiences and best practices.

For 28 years, TMG Consulting has worked alongside utilities to plan, develop, implement, and manage their ecosystem of digital technology solutions and service providers. TMG has worked with over 300 utilities, matching their business needs with digital solutions, systems integrators, and implementation services to maximize the value of their customers and optimize and de-risk their IT investment.

Open is delighted to sponsor TMG’s initiative and become a member of their research community to engage in new digital technologies and the operating models that will emerge in the future. Throughout the next 16 months, TMG, Open, other industry experts and service providers will work together to cover top-of-mind utility challenges such as orchestration of customer experience, implications for tomorrow´s digital utilities, the democratization of data, the optimization of the cloud, digital re-engagement of the workforce, and integrating digital innovation.

The Digital Utility Transformation & Innovation Collaborative will launch on July 31st, 2020 as well as releasing the 2020 State of Digitalization Report, which discusses a rich set of topics that are central to the evolution of the digital utility, such as the importance of implementing a holistic CIS and how it positively enhances customer experience.
